How to Use – Step by Step

1. Cleanse your face with a gentle cleanser and pat dry.
2. Tone and treat – apply your toner and serum, if you use them.
3. Dispense a pea-sized amount (about 1–2 pumps) of the 345 Relief Cream.
4. Apply evenly over the face, avoiding the eye area.
5. Press gently into the skin with your palms until fully absorbed, rather than rubbing.
6. In the morning, finish with sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher).
